We will aim to get your order to you within the time frames stated, however, due to local couriers we can not guarantee that they will be delivered on time. If you have not received your order three business days past the time frame stated, please contact us for updates.
Returns Policy
As all of the proceeds from our products are used to fund our pro-bono projects, we are not able to offer refunds. However, if you find the product you have bought to be damaged or unsatisfactory we are happy to offer an exchange for a product of the same value. If this is the case please contact us and we will be in touch to arrange it.
